Los estudios dicen que el envejecimiento nos hace más felices, pero un plan para un estilo de vida saludable que incluya complementos puede mejorar en gran medida nuestra agilidad mental, niveles de energía y salud física a lo largo de los años.

La paradoja del envejecimiento

Los académicos han encontrado cada vez más evidencias que indican que la felicidad durante la edad adulta tiene forma de U: la satisfacción con la vida se reduce en la veintena y la treintena, después alcanza su punto más bajo a finales de la cuarentena antes de aumentar hasta los años 80 [1, 2]. ¿Cómo es posible que, teniendo en cuenta las pérdidas bien documentadas en la salud física y cognitiva que ocurren con la edad, la mejoría del bienestar emocional comience a partir de los 50 años?
